They could have advance units hidden in containers or tunneled in underground bases.
With 8 years of traitor Obama to prepare, how entrenched could China be right now?
I’d suspect the moment they realize they will lose initiative they will likely strike.
This is perhaps why Trump has drawn this out for so long. He’s buying time to route out spies and get good guys into right places.
