Problem:

Elections are controlled exclusively by States.

Ergo, no federal access to ballots or machines.

The federal government has VERY limited jurisdiction, which States can EASILY obstruct.

Solution:

Establish that foreign actors directly meddled in ALL State elections (2018 EO activated).

It ALL becomes a federal (National Security) issue.

Ballots AND machines can ALL be seized BY THE MILITARY for targeted searches for evidence of FOREIGN interference.

Legal Mechanics:

Remember, Hunter is being investigated for "taxes".

That's just the beginning. The foot in the door, so to speak, so that investigators have access to financial information that will INCIDENTALLY reveal what they're really looking for (in addition to tax crimes).

The same effect here.

A search for INTERNATIONAL meddling (with machines, ballots AND PEOPLE) will incidentally reveal everything else that has been kept under wraps. In spades.

Mail-in ballots with no kinematic markers (specific mechanical fold signatures) mean they couldn't have been mailed.

No fold marks = not a legal ballot

They're all identified, INCLUDING WHO THE VOTES WERE FOR.

Total number of ballots vs. final tabulated results reveals not enough ballots vs. results.

WE WILL KNOW EVERYTHING.

Not just in key swing states. EVERYTHING.

Here is why I am GLAD States/courts obstruct, and why I DON'T SEE cooperation by any of them as a good thing, especially where forensic audits are concerned.

Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.

If one state undergoes an audit, and something anything makes others think they're next, then we'll see both ballots and machines destroyed (e.g., "freak fires").

Results discarded, fine, but ultimately, we want to know the REAL results.

It would not surprise me if the EO was triggered the moment Georgia announced its final results.

Those could be the FIRST machines/ballots to be seized.

Because it's already established that Georgia and China have been doing the Tango for some time now.
