To assume that Q should/would be posting right now in reaction to the election would indicate that Q team are simply improvising and reacting to the enemy (and not the other way around) which wouldn't be good.

To think that Q would post at all, any time he is "expected" to, ignores the obvious and preferred method of remaining unpredictable. If we could always EXPECT Q to post in reaction to something in particular, the enemy could use this to their advantage.
