Hams use frequencies, not channels. They are expected to know what frequencies are allocated to the amateur bands and how to use them to avoid interfering with one another. Most of those channels you listed have nothing to do with the amateur service. And you rarely need PL on simplex.
Get a tech ham license. Trivial to pass.
