It was allowed to go a little too far. The electors voting that the second-to-last off ramp from the road to Plan Z. The very last off ramp will be State legislatures choosing to not send their electors to DC and effectively abstaining from voting for the next POTUS. I consider this to be very unlikely and unreliable. It only takes a few RINOs to side with the Dems. And tt this point it's all out of reach of what the courts can do.
