If it helps, try to keep in mind you have a very rare mind that can perceive the motivations of those around you. As well, remember most people are simple, selfish animals, and their motivations are hardly more evolved than a cave mans. Treat them like pets.

Some 20% are truly self aware. Learn to identify them quickly, build relationships with the decent ones and stay clear of, but observe, the foul ones. They're not worth your time. Leave the psychopaths to the INTJ's. Their internal darkness troubles you. INFJ's must develop such barriers, as you too readily allow the mental storms of others darken your mind.
