That's an EB-57 Canberra by Martin. The EB's were converted for electronic warfare I believe doing both jamming of enemy radar and collecting signals to stay on top of enemy advances in technology. My father worked ejection seats on them for 4 years at Malmstrom AFB, MT but spent 8 months per year in Germany/Italy with them. One of my favorite planes. Looked cool as fuck taxiing and no other jet engine sounds like them. They were started with a large gunpowder charge and made a warbling sound at idle. As a kid I spent quite a bit of time around them.
