To get the GOP electors to face potential death for casting their votes for Trump means they either love Trump to such a degree they would risk life, or they fear what not casting their vote for Trump would mean to their life.
They know they would face charges of treason for certifying a fraudulent election. It's either that, or they love Trump more than they love breathing.

It makes for a good story, but Truth is rarely noble.
These electors know that certifying a fraudulent election would be worse than going along with the Communist insurrection.
They fear something more than they fear the Communists, otherwise they wouldn't have cast their votes for Trump.
I could 1 or 2 people, possibly, putting their life on the line for "The right thing" but I can't see groups risking their lives, their children's lives and the lives of any other loved ones for America.
It makes for a great story and history may tell it that way, but the odds favor them knowing that the Communists are going to be swinging from a rope soon.

I got thrown from one side of the room to the other because lightning hitting about 15 feet away from me. After that happened, I've had strange reactions to electricity. Got zapped cutting into a 2gauge cable in a warehouse, I want to say 700 volts? Fried the cutters and make my arm numb for a month. People ran from the other side of a 100,000 square foot warehouse because they thought I had died, but nothing happened to me. Either that or I died and this is hell. that's a possibility, too.
