Right! PCR. Diagnosis of any disease is accomplished by a doctor who examines a patient looking for signs of an illness. The doctor also listens to the patient report his or her symptoms. Lab testing can be used to give more information, but telling someone with a positive HIV test they have "AIDS" is wrong.
It is wrong just like it is wrong to tell someone they have "COVID-19" because they had a positive "test" with no symptoms and no physical exam. Doctors and quarantines are for sick people, not the healthy. Contact tracing used to be useful such as when TB was circulating. It did not have the sinister connotations that it now does. Maybe because people were genuinely interested in stopping the spread of something potentially deadly. Now it is all about power/control and inspiring fear, imo.
Why isn't "AIDS"/HIV decimating heterosexuals? I'm pretty sure there are other components in developing "AIDS" than what we have been told.
