Simple, say medically exempt. They CANNOT ask your medical condition, unless they want fines from the ADA/ and you can sue them.
I have a full access service dog that does 5 tasks. They cannot ask my medical condition, they can only ask 2 questions or they can receive fines from the ADA and I can sue them.

Usually don’t have anyone asking me about not wearing a masks since this started except for 5 stores who said they don’t care what the ADA says.
They have all been fined no less then $25,000
I do. PTSD/MST is medically exempt as well as acute asthma.
Contact the ADA with store info, manager name ect.
