Earlier this year, after claiming medical exception, the general manager of the merchant actually asked for my medical records to prove my claim. I explained HIPPA laws but it did not matter, I was not allowed in. I even wrote an email to the owner of the business and he supported the manager. This is a tough fight.
They pay the fine Anon. They would rather pay that fine than get their liqueur or food license suspected by the state health departments. The whole thing sucks. Nothing gets better until these assholes are put down.
