So this Friday the 18th DNI Ratcliffe's report will be out saying foreign actors meddled in the election. Will he name the countries where the servers were, which country funded it etc? And if so, at the point, are we at war and EO goes into effect and 10 days of darkness, major networks darked with no programming, just emergency alert messages while they round up all the news anchors, representatives and senators?
