The solution to post images is to compress them ENOUGH to allow them to get through.
For me, 40k-45k images won't post, but a 19k image posted!
Just keep tinkering with the size until it works.
Step 1. Use this site to compress your meme file size

Step 2: Since there is no one size fits all compression size that will enable posting, e.g. 45k to 50k images did not work for me,but 19k worked, keep tinkering with the file size until you get the max size that will post.
