4 armed men break into an occupied home, the home owner defends himself and his family, killing two of the intruders, and both sides receiving injuries etc….

Now the two surviving intruders are being charged with First Degree murder of their fellow intruders….

HUHHHH!!!… they fucked up and get jail time absolutley, but they didn't murder their fellow robbers/intruders so how does that charge make sense.

Their charges should be for B/E Assault w Deadly Weapon and Intent to Murder etc pertaining to the family…how do they eat it for their fellow criminals…is it just because those two are dead so someone has to be punished in their stead…wtf…
