I think there's real issues with her being a NBC. Just wait until she tries to become president, then take it to the SC. Could really be the test case, finally.

Doesn't know what the fuck is going on around him and/or Harris is the holdout.
Easiest solution would be to allow the steal process to go mainstream and concede. He'd be probably be given a pass and the blame can be put elsewhere. Saves the country and the world a lot of grief.
Harris/Obama are causing all this, IMO.
