Already drank water… I also know what I need to do to be healthy. As I said I quit smoking due to the fatman man not being around. I don't need people suggestion on what or how I should eat either. The reality is the constant gang stalking and other things have stressed me out and now that I have my personal space back I can now take some time to take care of myself. You see I believe people wanted me to do this as well as the constant amounts of distractions other keep being told to call me and ask me for things… complaining at my job or even my family. The MK ultra abuse is all time highs. I guess it is some type of social credit system that even now you guys still are doing but have to do what Mr. T says to some point but you all are constantly gaming the system again anyone that is not a communist. Anything and every thing is being done to try and "make me do what you guys want." Which has produced the opposite… and all you do is yell and get up set try to same me set me up with woman to get dirt and black mail me so I don't talk to woman. Again they try to use my own family to control me which has an affect at times but everything is made out to help me but really it has been done to get me to stop digging. It is too late the damage has been done and it is over. I would and still have constant news articles and other things written to abuse my mind that are like directed at anything to manipulate my feelings. It does not work I know it is just Archer and Batman… being dumb shits. Not only that they are controlling all these people around me with either money, threats of black mail, or other… Again I am not sure why they are allowed to do this but I don't need you to tell me how to run my life. All they do is make people miserable they should never be allowed to do be doing what they have been. This is what they like to see and want to produce and then to control. They want to write reports people are crazy so they can look like hero's when they are secretly using the tools they have for a sick kinda control. They are extremely abusive. Sorry I don't play your game… It is fun now watching you know and understand this. lol

Of course the gang stalking stars as soon as I write or am up. They watch me in the bathroom they watch me take a shower. They have ideas of how my life should be even though it was never like this. Normally everything is almost shut down for the holidays at my work. However even with covid I am getting constant phone calls of people just wanting to "do things for me." Before I get out of bed or even care. It has made me the will to loose to live to contantly be called and harassed at the wrong times so they can say we where just trying to help. Yep just trying to help put me in a box 6 ft deep.
