Different people have different thresholds on when to pull out the umbrella. For me, it's when it's really pouring outside. It looked like it was drizzling but then again, I ain't normal kek.

I also thought organizations like the IHME will be used to push the doom and gloom. They will push models to make us think the sky will fall.
