Within minutes it was all over the news & by 10:30 they stopped counting votes in GA.

They now say that the pipe break was at 6 something am ET on Nov3. The arena put out a tweet saying that a pipe burst at 9:19 pm ET.
Come to find out, there was no invoices or calls for it to be fixed. Open records request shows nothing.
