from what i've been able to find on a quick search, the VMAT2 "god gene" is something that has been studied. but i haven't yet found a credible link connecting to any vaccine research.
here's a report discussing some classroom experimentation that talks about stuff that's above my paygrade. looks like the overall goal of the report was just to evaluate whether or not the VMAT2 gene expressions would be a good topic for classroom study.

your video is shit quality, by the way. here's an 8 year old video on youtube that's slightly better resolution (but still shit). i can't find very many places where the audio matches the video (trying to lipread). my initial guess is that it's been dubbed over, but i'm not really qualified to say for sure. video description claims the leaker's name is Joey Lambardi, but when i search for him, this funvax shit is the only thing that shows up. i vote hoax.
