What comes first, the thought then the feeling
or the fleeting feeling then the thoughts?..
Was the feeling emotional or physical..
did the emotion rise, kick into mental then physically
And where does a single thought rise from and where does it go to?..
There is a very big difference and the more you experience them the more subtle and clearer your understanding becomes. I hear you talk of pray but never of contemplation, interesting..
