Is there proof that Dominion was bought by a Chinese corporation in the weeks before the election?

Please put any related proof in this thread if you have it.

me thinks credit suisse (reported as china owned now?) had a llc that invested 400m in dominion and the llc was 75% owned by china entities. (public filing)
