The Constitution doesn’t need to say a criminal cannot run for office. A country that respects and adheres to The Rule Of Law would have said “criminal” prosecuted and in prison.
I believe it would be biblical if Joe Biden was arrested and charged just prior to his inauguration. Let the case play out in public, with Dems screaming how unfair it is, as ALL people see irrefutable evidence of the crimes. Followed by Clintons, Bush’s, Obummer and all the rest. THAT would be Q proof unlike any other.
