This is fucked up. We are not on EDT, we on Standard time. We 7 hours behind Moscow time. What is 12:00 am or 12:00 pm anyway? Only way anon knows the difference is either noon or midnight. So, if President Putin is starting at noon his time it would be 5:00 am Eastern time. If we were still on daylight time, it would be 4:00 am.
