Basically, the elite make the decision, instruct the A-list entertainers to portray the world as it should be according to the elite, our will aligns with the elite because we are just sheep after all, and we create the world that the elite want us to have.

The end, refers to the end of the predictable time period. The time period which is ended was predictable because world events were being orchestrated by the clans of psychotic cannibal vampires who rule us. They believed ion astrology and symbolism and so they made things happen according to that pattern. They were simultaneously trying to deceive us and to override our free will.
