Not saying your thoughts are wrong. For sure great swathes of law enforcement can be corrupted and are. No argument.

But what is the solution? Living in a society necessitates laws or your neighbour would kill you for tossing your leaves into his yard (maybe that has happened on any number of occasions now that I think about it)
