What do you mean by fails? Is there even anything they can do to stop the POTUS from invoking the insurrection act?

I'm sure they'll move to impeach him or some dumb shit like that, after the fact, but the insurrection act would still grant him sweeping authority to make major military moves in the meantime, no?

Fair enough. If the POTUS was indeed robbed, and indeed knows as much. And POTUS is in fact in possession of proof, and/or aware of the locations of bodies of evidence (in say swing states)…considering the absolute lack of alternative recourse the 3 branches have left him, I can't imagine him being gun-shy.

Optics are the pretense he offers to the masses, as retroactive proof, he tried to do right by the process. When all the idiots out there are accusing him of skirting the law, the 'optics' are what should be used to prove them wrong.

IMO anyhow.

Unless they are bought/paid for, like RINOS.

The conservative/liberal thing is for the gullible bruh, there are only two categories that actually matter Good and Evil.

And SCOTUS seems to be heavier on the evil side.

I wonder if that is the point?

Every time one of these has been hyped/claimed/etc, it has had both sides digging on it.

The left is keen to dig even harder than us, to prove it isn't happening, most of the time.

One day, when it is happening, they'll have all of their digital soldiers digging for us, unaware that they are waking themselves up.
