unnamed source or official says
then you know its fake and gay.
The Preamble doesn't codify anything. It's a statement of purpose and has no legal effect. The left loves to assign legal weight to it so they can misconstrue it and actual law. Think of the preamble as an announcement of what the Constitution is intended to accomplish. "With this document we hope to…." followed by the actual law itself.
