You're right, if we limit the information set to ONLY that question, there is no way to tell if it is true or disinfo.
But that's exactly why we shouldn't limit the set to just that question, instead need to connect it with other information.
Such as:
Why did it occur over the last couple of weeks that a whole bunch of information about China 'owning' Democrat politicians was made public?
Just like POTUS did not want to disclose about UK until UK is/was ready, so too would it have to be the case that disclosures on China owning Democrat politicians wouldn't be made public without China being on board.
Also, POTUS has never, not once, insulted the 'honor' of President Xi. He's indicated he's not happy with him, that he should have spoken up about China virus sooner, etc, but he never treated Xi as an 'enemy of the state'.
