Define Evergreen, I solved this riddle months ago and I'm confident as Q is now mentioning it in the same line as "plumber" then I got it right!

So without going into my family cult connections which further lend credence to the light on/off thing my interpretation was Evergreen was given as Hillary's SS code because of her willingness or outright eagerness to murder Nixon (and remove her glasses to hide) just as the radical environmentalist Manson follower did to Ford. It was a "rejected deal" but she still wanted to murder him and so it's a fitting name to remind people that she's a homicidal lunatic.

Thank you, I've been off for a while on my research due to medication but I'm getting back in the swing and it was so nostalgic to see Q mention Evergreen after how many hours I studied the QMAP and that interview and my own family for answers… so I hope he confirms it this time : )
