This is not. Those in hell are eternally separated from God. We can to pray to Him and read His word here. Here is the children's bible translation for you so it is clear.

“He will come from heaven with burning fire to punish those who do not know God. He will punish those who do not obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ. I disagree. I have wittnessed His great power and see it daily. Look around. His creations are everywhere. Take every brilliant person, put them in a room without anything and have them make a plant sprout. It can't be done. We are not separated from His great power. He heals, He changes people in the best possible way, He is everything good and you can see it if you just look.
