what i dont understand…if the goal of a vax were lowering birth rates…who does it advantage? who does it disadvantage?

the birth rates in the US are not very high, and the US has lots of technology to assist in getting pregnant. You could argue it would level the field somewhat between leftist and conservatives…but not THAT much.

It disadvantages 3rd world populations where rates are HIGH due to either religious reasons or reasons of high mortality (or both).

Basically, Muslims and Africans. Is that who they are really after? I can't tell.
