Doctors faking covid vaccine

Gee, none of us ever saw this coming. Doctors are pretending to to get the covid vaccine on TV. You can clearly see the plunger is totally depressed, and there's nothing in the syringe before he gets the jab. I wonder why they wouldn't want to get it for real?
