Any LawFags in here? On the EO related DNI Report being provided by tomorrow, does this legally raise ANY Statute of Limitations issues? In other words, the EO called for reports SHALL be made to all of the Department Heads (sic) on or before 45 Days after the Election. Does delaying, slow-walking, or otherwise holding back the report in any way invoke a Statute of Limitations or a limiting factor of the effectivity of the elements of the EO, or its Penalties?
