Any LawFags in here? On the EO related DNI Report not being provided by tomorrow, does this legally raise ANY Statute of Limitations issues? In other words, the EO called for reports SHALL be made to all of the Department Heads (sic) on or before 45 Days after the Election. Does delaying, slow-walking, or otherwise holding back the report in any way invoke a Statute of Limitations or a limiting factor of the effectivity of the elements of the EO, or its Penalties?

Posting again until I get a good answer.

>Technically the report can be a one page document stating there is foreign interference, pending more information.

Agreed, and if there are Classified elements in the individual elements of the Respor9s), which I'm sure there will be, we Citizens do not have the Clearances, or Need to Know, at this time, unless POTUS Declasses it immediately. However, my question was one of effectivity or statute of limitations. The wording Shall was used. That means a lot in legalese. Technically, it drives the responses outside of the required response date, and could possibly nullify the application of any penalties specifically called for under this EO if it is not initiated and handled in a timely manner, as called for in it's own body of text.

>in fact the only remedy n the EO is forfeiture which has zero to do with fixing the election fraud

That Penalty in itself would remove a lot of financial "tools" from the Perpetrators, effectively taking them out of play. A tactical "re-direction of thought" if you will, in the form of a HUGE financially debilitating bitch slap!

You would need a Signal Strength Meter, with Direction Finding capability, then access to a Database of HAM Licenses, or a way to look it up. Listening in is easy, you can do that on the Internet without ANY equipment. You simply need a Web Browser. Figuring out who the bad guys are, that's MUCH harder, especially if they are sending packet data on a sideband, even more-so if the Data Packets are encrypted. A Laptop configured with Wireshark, and the appropriate Antenna Equipment could sniff those Packets, but you would need the Keys to decode packets. Read up, research. Information on all this is out there.
