Problem is, you can make your own antennas for HAM radios. Had a neighbor growing up that did that- constantly tweaking and getting all excited when he could reach a new country. That was in his backyard.
All I can say is that they’re scared- had a “townhall meeting” at work and “Russian hack” was thrown out constantly but claimed “top level intel” on details (basically no info given). They assured us if our info was compromised that we would be informed.
Not sure how many anons are up on the intricacies of public record/destruction of records, but wouldn’t it be suspicious to have “scripts” for video media where the scripts are handed over to the “customer” and the video destroyed upon completion? Does that free the agency from publicly reporting involvement?
