the EO will take a long process to forfeit
it wont be the vehicle to fix the election fraud was NOT intended for that
potus has many legal options for that
EO now will help with PR but not needed to fix
it was issued well n advance as forfeitures are tough in the courts and they had to have plenty legal notice and engage knowingly to lose assets
