I am a meat eater, was raised as a hunter here in Canada.
I did a stint as a veggie guy, no meat for a month
and tried to stop eating cheese and dairy.
I felt great, lots of energy.
it was just a bit more work making beans and cooking shit etc etc.
I didnt mind cause I am not fussy with flavor but yea.
