Provided you are eating for your neurology (below)…your body can break down almost any foods into the things it needs to run and manage you…so if you eat a proper carbohydrate lump..if you have the right neurological resources…you can break and alter that lump to be anything that your body needs..your body uses enzymes to do this…
However..you need INTENTION and you have to have 2 things..HAVE TO HAVE..they are called ESSENTIAL fatty acids and they are basically O3/O6. If you do not consume these or if you consume them in improper ratios you will break…but if you have them in proper ratios…
So praying (intending) over food is probably something we should get back to…but make sure you are eating O3/O6 and eat O3 from plants…kale, walnuts, brassica veggies…
