THIS!

I wholeheartedly agree! Eating animal products in and of itself is not wrong and part of a healthy diet. BUT, and this is key, treat the animal with the respect it deserves! Let it roam free and do what it likes best! Open spaces, sunlight, living the good life!

If you're not prepared to take care of the precious life and then have the guts to kill it by your own hand WITH RESPECT, you're not worthy to eat it at all.

Personally, I lean towards a flexitarian diet with meat being in the great minority. I prefer fish or poultry or simply vegetables.

I think a lot lies in looking back to how our ancestors ate.

Personally, coming from a fishing culture, I'd say that a fish-heavy diet would be ideal. A single diet for the entire world population is simply not viable, I think. Not for long-term health.

The whole 'you shall have no other gods' is just bull. God is not explainable as a man in the sky. God is everywhere and in everything. A beautiful crystal which can be viewed through as many facets as there are souls. It may appear differently to different people and cultures (resulting in pantheons that are similar but appear different) but God is God. Plain and simple.
