"animal adrenochrome" hadn't thought of that. I am a meat-eater and just grilled some steak outdoors for family breakfast. But anon has a point. I do tend to feel more calm after eating meat. Is it adrenochrome?
On the other hand chefs say (and I agree) that fat is what makes food taste good. Since fat doesn't get blood supply, I doubt that's where the adrenochrome is. Do I avoid the adrenochrome if I just eat the fat, use fat for seasoning?
Jewish kosher and Muslim halal rules are both to slaughter without stunning, producing more fear hormone. But they both drain the blood out of the meat as much as possible. Does that reduce the adrenochrome remaining?
I don't trust Pieczenik as far as I can throw him. He didn't say this until AFTER it was obvious, same as he didn't support Trump until after the election.
A lot of guys can be more "honorable" once they lose their nukes and delivery systems.
Compost is easy. Keep a shovel nearby. Dig a little hole with the shovel. (Stick the shovel in the ground and push the handle forward, you've created a little space.) Jam your daily veg. waste into that hole with your foot. Pull the shovel out and smooth dirt over it. Keep using the same area for a year. Your veg. scraps will vanish quickly in warm weather.
Next year use a different area and let that one rest. There's a light gray fungus that helps with decomposition (you'll see it obviously if you do the step above frequently), but the fungus has to die off before you should use the compost. I wait a year.
After a year, you've got a whole pit of good compost, and you didn't have to buy a compost bin or anything.
