Yes, they have it all, but not all they have is admissible in court…yet. That's why all the cloak and dagger. You have to have evidence to present that was obtained in a lawful manner or it will just be thrown out.

If I had access to the No Such Agency database, I could learn ALL of your dirty secrets, but how do I explain how I got the information if I didn't have proper clearance to gather that info in the first place?

This will take a while, because it has to be done the right way. No wiggle room. If you take a shot at the big dogs, you can't miss, leave them wounded, OR leave their powerful friends behind to follow up on their dirty deeds (done dirt cheap….couldn't help myself).

I may not have been as clear as I'd have liked. Yes, Q has it all. My point is that Q can't just walk in to a courtroom and present intel that was gathered without a warrant, authorization, etc.

Just because we have info on evil people obtained through spying doesn't mean we can automatically use that info. Any court is going to throw out evidence obtained without a warrant.

I would love to know what goes on behind the scenes. Maybe one day we'll be given more of a glimpse than we've already had, but until then, in gonna watch, dig, pray, meme, and enjoy the show.
