Very true, or so I think. I was late high school/early college age when 9/11 happened. Those traumatic events certainly work on the collective psychology, and not for the better. If I wasn't so fucking lazy, I would try to read Naomi Klein's (?) book 'The Shock Doctrine.' I'm sure she covers it. Those pictures from Abu-Grahib (sic?), with the naked, tortured, detainees…all the same shit. Society incurs a massive (negative) Karmic debt, that will be repaid one way or another. Some feel strongly America's use of the nuclear bombs on Japan are to be included.

Well said. Most people are unaware actually. Many years back I read a book called 'The Watchers' (which had a byline about surveillance and practices), and that's where I learned. Think I have the correct title. As I recall, it was a discounted paperback I bought at a Borders bookstore, and it was already a NYT Bestseller title, now in paperback. Borders has been closed for years, and I bought it well before they closed, so just imagine how old the information was when it first came out!
