If her handler, or her handler's handler, etc., wanted her to be the one to do it, "she" wouldn't have any say in the matter - and her outer alter would do it willingly no matter what.

The color green is commonly associated with Lucifer - it would make more sense to me that evergreen as HRC's nickname is a nod to her rank/intergenerational standing as a servant of Lucifer

Yes, green is associated with Islam because Islam is Luciferian/Satanic in nature. The little star beside the moon represents saturn.
