War of 1812 confirmed.

Did anons know that the War was an extension of the 1776 Revolution?

Did anons know that the Federalist Party was a party of traitors, backed by the London bankers, that tried to start a Civil War when Thomas Jefferson defeated them in the election of 1800?

(Led to the Duel between VP Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton, where Burr killed Hamilton. Jefferson pardoned Burr.)

Things boiled over until the British decided to invade in 1812.

Upon their defeat in 1815, the Federalist Party was fully exposed as a party of traitors, and abolished from the face of the Earth.

Thus ushered in the Era of Good Feelings, where Americans were fully united politically. (Until the creation of the Democrat Party 10 years laterโ€ฆ)

Exactly.

The Federalist Party was formed immediately. So quickly, in fact, that it caught the concern of both Thomas Jefferson and George Washington, who were hardly political allies. Both of them thought it was very strange that a political party with substantial financial resources suddenly appeared out of thin air.

(It took years for Jefferson and the other Founders to form the Republican-Democratic Partyโ€“ which was done mostly as a response to the rise of the Federalists.)
