The subpoena was issued by the AZ legislature. Presumably there is a means of executing on the subpoena under AZ law. Better hurry, though. This all smells like the guilty planning some spoliation of evidence.
This sort of lawlessness can’t end well.

At this point, and on the balance of probabilities, the arrest of Nygard should be presumed to be a DS operation, unless proven otherwise.
