"Toots" was taken from a picture of James Woods' cat that he shared with me and us on here on January 27, 2018. The Pic here is a screen cap of that conversation.
Eventually shills grabbed the cat pic and named the cat Toots and have used it to shill ever since. But it is a pic of James Woods' cat.

Not that I can find, he doesn't have a tattoo on his arm. So maybe it is not James Woods. In the context of the time and on that bread we all believed we were talking to James Woods. Lack of tattoo would mean that we were not talking to James Woods at all. So you make a great point, anon. Regardless who we were talking to that is the origin of that particular cat picture on 8ch.
