It’s a cyberpunk animation. COVID style virus going on. Takes place in a nightclub. One of the male characters has an Apple Watch style device that detects the virus. Another female character has a hat that says 45. Both of them are being hunted by a “Mr. Anderson” style government agent because they “have the virus”. Male and female meet up in the nightclub bathroom stall to have sex. Male dies of virus, female flees. Mr. Anderson recovers the wearable device.
