RESURFACED: Justice Roberts Accused of Being Hacked by CIA, Rumors Swirl About Alleged Meltdown Over Texas’ SCOTUS Lawsuit

Internet puts spotlight on Chief Justice Roberts in aftermath of controversial Supreme Court decision

In the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s decision to toss out Texas’ election integrity suit against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, Chief Justice John Roberts has been thrust under the spotlight as new and resurfaced rumors swirl around regarding his political motivations.

Roberts was accused of being “hacked” by intelligence operatives in 2018, after real estate mogul Timothy Blixseth reportedly showed Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and detective Mike Zullo evidence of a Deep State domestic espionage operation that targeted multiple individuals including Senior United States District Judge Reggie Walton and Chief Justice John Roberts.

Blixseth reportedly showed evidence of the hack to Arpaio and Zullo, and can be heard stating in an audio file, “John Roberts, the chief justice of the Supreme Court, was hacked.”

The intrusive surveillance program was reportedly sanctioned by former CIA director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper during the first term of the Obama administration. Roberts went on to be instrumental in the passage of Obamacare by voting to uphold the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act.

More recently, statements from a state elector in Texas regarding hearsay and rumors involving Roberts’ reported handling of the Texas election integrity lawsuit went viral on social media Thursday.

On Dec. 14, elector Matt Patrick argued in favor of a resolution to condemn the “moral cowardice’ of the Supreme Court in tossing out the Texas’ lawsuit.

Patrick referenced a report he had “read online” which claimed to be authored by a Supreme Court staffer. Patrick said the report claimed there was screaming and commotion during the Court’s meeting about the lawsuit, as Justice Roberts allegedly refused to discuss the precedent of Bush vs. Gore because “at that time, we didn’t have riots.”

The elector did not specify where he had read this report, and his claim was challenged by left-leaning fact check website Snopes, which said, “It appears that Patrick was merely rehashing a piece of misinformation that was published on a conspiracy theorist’s website.”

Report: Mark Zuckerberg’s $419 Million Non-Profit Contributions ‘Improperly Influenced 2020 Presidential Election’

A report released by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society at a press conference on Wednesday alleged Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife made $419.5 million in contributions to non-profit organizations during the 2020 election cycle–$350 million to the “Safe Elections” Project of the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and another $69.5 million to the Center for Election Innovation and Research–that, “improperly influence[d] the 2020 presidential election on behalf of one particular candidate and party.”

“The 2020 presidential election witnessed an unprecedented and coordinated public-private partnership to improperly influence the 2020 presidential election on behalf of one particular candidate and party. Funded by hundreds of millions of dollars from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and other high-tech interests, activist organizations created a two-tiered election system that treated voters differently depending on whether they lived in Democrat or Republican strongholds,” Amistad Project Director Phill Kline wrote in the report’s executive summary.

The report identified three key actions that, taken together, “represent the beginning of the formation of a two-tier election system favoring one demographic while disadvantaging another demographic.”

Private monies dictated city and county election management contrary to both federal law and state election plans endorsed and developed by state legislatures with authority granted by the United States Constitution.

Executive officials in swing states facilitated, through unique and novel contracts, the sharing of private and sensitive information about citizens within those states with private interests, some whom actively promote leftist candidates and agendas.

Swing state governors also started issuing emergency executive orders shutting down in-person voting while pouring new state resources into encouraging persons to vote in advance. Polling data revealed this coordinated assault on in-person voting generally favored Democrat Party voters who preferred to vote in advance, while placing Republicans, who preferred to vote in person, at a disadvantage. These actions represent the beginning of the formation of a two-tier election system favoring one demographic while disadvantaging another demographic.

“This evidence is present and available to all Americans,” Kline said at the press conference of the information included in the report.

“The mainstream media has also tried to censor this evidence,” he noted, adding that, “America understands that there are serious problems with this election.”

“This effectively is a shadow government running our elections,” Kline continued.

Establishment Dems Ambush AOC And Other Progressives, Stripping Key Committee Assignments

Committee assignments are one of the least eye-catching parts of politics, but they’re also one of the most important ways in which actual political power is wielded. Certain committees in the House, like Energy and Commerce, Ways and Means, and Appropriations, have outsized influence and money power. (They are often called the “money” committees, not just because they’re where the action is but because members can earn lots of money in campaign contributions from industries with business before them.)

Deliberations over the next several days will be extremely important for progressives in the House, as they angle to lock down seats on these powerful committees for their members. To that end, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was expected to secure a prized position on the Energy and Commerce Committee, a seat vacated by outgoing New Yorker Eliot Engel. Among other issues, the committee has jurisdiction over health care and climate change issues, a natural for a congresswoman who has championed Medicare for All and the Green New Deal.

Ocasio-Cortez was expected to cruise comfortably to the position. She was the first to raise her hand for the seat, and she won the backing of dean of the New York delegation Rep. Jerry Nadler. But last week, as Politico reported, Long Islander Kathleen Rice made an out-of-nowhere, last-second bid for the seat, interrupting the process. Rep. Rice is a backbencher from the party’s right flank who, in 2018, refused to support Nancy Pelosi for Speaker. Without the support of Nadler, and with the famous opposition of Steering Committee leader Pelosi, Rice’s attempt didn’t seem to be serious.

But in a surprise, last-second Steering Committee meeting on exclusive committee assignments Thursday, which was scheduled at 10 p.m. the night before, centrist Democrats put on a show of support for Rice and against AOC, in what looks to have been a process-defying attempt to keep AOC out of the seat. Fellow New York Rep. Hakeem Jeffries came out in support of Rice, contra Nadler, as did Reps. Anna Eshoo (D-CA), Diana DeGette (D-CO), and Stephanie Murphy (D-FL).

Most vocal in his opposition to Ocasio-Cortez’s candidacy was Texas’s Henry Cuellar, the caucus’s most conservative member. After Ocasio-Cortez was nominated and seconded, Cuellar opposed, commenting: “I’m taking into account who pays their dues and who doesn’t work against other members whether in primaries or in other contexts,” according to a source with knowledge of the meeting. After Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) called for a vote on the two candidates came an unusual outcome: Rice crushed AOC 46-13.

Many of the representatives that came out most forcefully against Ocasio-Cortez have close ties to oil and gas.

A similar situation existed with the Energy and Commerce Committee seat vacated by incoming New Mexico Sen. Ben Ray Lujan. That seat was expected to go to progressive Texan Sylvia Garcia, but was contested by her moderate colleague from Texas, Lizzie Fletcher. Garcia, the other priority for progressives in Energy and Commerce, was left off the slate without even a vote. Fletcher, who has a troubling track record on unions, got endorsed by Pelosi. The Texas AFL-CIO famously came out against Fletcher’s candidacy for Congress, and declined to endorse her even against a Republican incumbent.

IT’S TIME FOR TRUMP TO CONFISCATE THE VOTING MACHINES! The Results of the Fraudulent Election Will Never Stand and Americans Know It

The President should step in now and confiscate every Dominion voting machine in the US especially those in the states where the election was stolen from President Trump. These machines should never be used in another US election ever again.

More than a month ago we could see that votes were being switched from President Trump to Joe Biden and deleted from the Trump column on a material scale:

Since then others have shown how the votes were manipulated within these machines and switched from President Trump to Joe Biden moving the votes through the third party candidates:

Per a review of the machines in Antrim County in Michigan where thousands of votes moved from President Trump to Joe Biden, a forensic audit confirmed that these machines weren’t safe for any election let alone a US Presidential election. The results of this audit were horrible:

President Trump should confiscate every machine and never allow them to be used ever again. A few of these machines should be reviewed to determine if they show ballots being transferred from Trump to Biden or otherwise tampered with.

The President could then review all paper ballots and ballot images in the swing states utilizing the approach of an IT genius who claims he can determine if ballots are legitimate or fake in seconds based on the characteristic of the ballot itself.

Then if necessary, new elections should be performed in these states.

The results of this election will never stand and Americans know it.

Kaine on Alleged Russia Hack: ‘Don’t Think We Can Count on This Admin to Try to Keep Us Safe’

On Friday, Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) reacted to the alleged hacks orchestrated by Russia on multiple U.S. federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security.

Kaine argued during MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” that the alleged cyberattack shows we cannot count on the President Donald Trump administration to keep Americans safe. However, he touted President-elect Joe Biden’s incoming national security team as “competent” enough to do so.

“It’s outrageous,” Kaine told host Andrea Mitchell. “We’ve invested billions of dollars to protect our critical infrastructure from cyberattacks, but the administration isn’t even really briefing about it. You’re not going to get a straight answer out of them. And as you pointed out, not only as the president not said a word about this — just like he hasn’t said a word about how we’re facing new, greater death tolls every other day from COVID — but he’s threatening the veto the defense bill on his desk, a bill that includes a significant set of bipartisan agreements on improving cybersecurity.

“Why he continues to want to, you know, carry the brief for Russia or refuse to challenge or attack them when they have attacked our country is a subject that I hope we’ll understand one day,” he added. “But I don’t think we can count on this administration to try to keep us safe between now and January 21 on this issue. It’s going to be on the Biden administration to do it. They’re putting a good national security team on the field that is competent and understands that you can’t let an adversary rummage around in your critical infrastructure.”
