They list an entire companies IT stack, 2 dozen technologies out of millions, as a way to disqualify Americans. If they do test you it is always on back of the book questions or complex algorithms that no one can solve in 10 minutes. Sometimes they ask you to do a weeks project and run off with the code. Sometimes all they do if fish for your Intellectual property.
It's impossible, and I spoke last night with many anons and I am not the only one by far. Just so you know this board you post on took at least 55 developers 3 years and 7.7k commits and still needs work as a reference.

They have money for these people but not qualified Americans. A web application is not done in a month, day, week, nor 10 minutes.
They get Americans to sign non solicit and never send up our resumes because they work for the big Indian recruiting firms. Then the firm solicits clients and fills 20 positions at a time for big contracts. They just waste our time in endless forms and conferences with them and their account managers explaining tech, then one of their technicians who many times are contracted technicians to multiple places that just discriminate against US workers.
Even if you pass all this BS they can always come back with the project was put on hold, your not a cultural fit, we found a better candidate. You can always catch them lying when you ask what the criteria was, calling back months later when the project is to start, or ask what part of a cultural fit I didn't meet.
These people just waste our time and will never hire just give us an 8 hour a day fuckin run around. Their job is to pacify and make it seem like Americans aren't fucked by endless interviews and discussions.
