It's not even mandatory in the military. The annual flu shot is, but not COVID. However, I'm thinking that legally, they cannot force military because it is not FDA approved, but rather approved for Emergency Use. Different beast. I'm happy for now, because if it becomes mandatory, I'll have to face a very real ultimatum.
